Touching Lives Initiative

Alpha Shine Real Estate believes that we have a social responsibility to the community beyond just selling land and making profits. We are concerned with environmental and social impacts.

Alpha Shine has made a conscious decision to care for the environment by planting trees annually in our projects and other locations. We purchase tree seedlings from local self-help groups that operate seedling nurseries, thereby boosting their income.

Through our Touching Lives Initiative, we visit the needy and deserving in our community, offering help by feeding them, clothing them, and sending underprivileged children to school.

It’s our duty to be socially accountable and responsible, which is why we set aside a portion of our annual profits and direct the funds towards CSR initiatives.
