Our Process

Process of investing in land with Alpha Shine Real Estate LTD

Step One

Book for a site visit to view your preferred land

Step Two

Select you preferred plot (s) from mutation provided.

Step Three

Fill in the expression of interest form.

Step Four

Our customer relationship manager (CRM), gives you an offer letter to sign.

Step Five

Investor makes deposit, after which the CRM gives you a sale agreement to sign

Step Six

Investor completes payment and sign’s title deed transfer documents.

Step Seven

The CRM will notify the Investor when to collect the title deed.
