Process of investing in land with Alpha Shine Real Estate LTD

Step One

  • Book for a site visit to view your preferred land

Step Two

  • Select you preferred plot (s) from mutation provided.

Step Three

  • Fill in the expression of interest form.

Step Four

  • Our customer relationship manager (CRM), gives you an offer letter to sign.

Step Five

  • Investor makes deposit, after which the CRM gives you a sale agreement to sign

Step Six

  • Investor completes payment and sign’s title deed transfer documents.

Step Seven

  • The CRM will notify the Investor when to collect the title deed.

Process of Investing in Land with Alpha Shine Real Estate

1.Client Inquiry

  • Prospective clients express interest in Alpha Shine diverse property portfolio.

2.Project Map & Site Visit

  • Client embark on a site visit enabling them to choose their preferred unit or plot from the available options.

3.Confirm Plot Availability

  • Upon selection, Alpha Shine verifies the availability of the chosen plot and facilities the booking process through the submission of an expression of interest.

4.Payment Process

  • Clients determine their preferred payment method ,choosing from options such as, cash or Installment, based on their budget.

5.Offer Letter

  • Alpha Shine sends an official letter to the clients, outlining the terms and conditions of the transaction.

6.Sales Agreement

  • Our legal team prepares a comprehensive sales agreement, which the clients carefully review and verify before proceeding.

7.Transfer Agreement

  • Clients provide necessary documentations, including a copy of their ID, KRA PIN Certificate and passport photos for the completion of the transfer process.

8.Title Deed Registration

  • Alpha Shine submits all required documents to the registry for the transfer and registration of the title deed.

9.Title Deed Issuing

  • Alpha Shine sends a copy of the title deed to the clients who then collect the original deed from our offices.
