Process of investing in land with Alpha Shine Real Estate LTD
Step One
- Book for a site visit to view your preferred land
Step Two
- Select you preferred plot (s) from mutation provided.
Step Three
- Fill in the expression of interest form.
Step Four
- Our customer relationship manager (CRM), gives you an offer letter to sign.
Step Five
- Investor makes deposit, after which the CRM gives you a sale agreement to sign
Step Six
- Investor completes payment and sign’s title deed transfer documents.
Step Seven
- The CRM will notify the Investor when to collect the title deed.
