a land surveyor is a professional who measures and maps land in order to determine the size, shape and boundary lines. land surveyors use specific equipment to measure or map the
land. Surveyor report may include the map of the property, description of the boundaries
and features. Identifies any encumbrances or disputes related to the property. It is important to have a surveyor involved in the land transactions to ensure that the property is accurately describe and there are no issues with the boundaries or ownership of the land.
